Philly Cheese Steak Casserole

Ingredients:

1 ½ lb. Ground beef

2 Chopped bell peppers

½ Chopped onion

2 tsp. Minced garlic

1 tsp. Seasoned salt

8 Slices of provolone cheese

4 Large eggs

¼ C. Heavy whipping cream

2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Instructions:

Get started by preheating your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a skillet on medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until it starts browning.

As the beef browns, integrate the onions and bell peppers into the skillet. Continue cooking until the beef has fully browned, and the vegetables are slightly softened.

Sprinkle the seasoned salt and minced garlic to the mixture, giving it a good stir. Sauté this blend for about 30 seconds, then drain off any excess fat.

Transfer the beef mixture into a greased 9x9 baking dish, ensuring it forms an even layer.

Arrange the provolone cheese slices over the beef, covering it completely.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy whipping cream, Worcestershire sauce, and eggs. Once combined, pour this mixture over the beef and cheese layers in the baking dish.

Place the dish in the oven, letting it bake for approximately 35-40 minutes or until the casserole sets and develops a golden hue.

Serve hot, and let this Philly Cheesesteak Casserole become a beloved dish in your household. Enjoy!
