Ingredients:

1 organic banana
Water (enough to fill a small saucepan)
Cinnamon
Instructions:

Cut off both ends of the banana.
Place the banana in a saucepan filled with water.
Boil for 10 minutes.
Pour some of this water into a cup.
Add a teaspoon of cinnamon to the cup and stir.
