Cleaning the Oven: 3 Effective Tips for Proper Cleaning and Degreasing

If you use your oven extensively, you'll inevitably encounter dirt and grease that accumulates on the walls and racks, becoming hard due to heat and difficult to remove.

For cleaning ovens, we generally use industrial degreasers or other special products, most of which are effective but can be harmful to health. Below, we recommend three natural tips for cleaning and thoroughly scrubbing your oven.

Disinfect and Clean the Oven with Salt
Salt is an ingredient that we all have in our kitchen, and it not only adds flavor to our dishes but, thanks to its degreasing and disinfecting properties, is also very useful for household cleaning.

Mix half a liter of white vinegar with 250 grams of salt. Pour this solution into a spray bottle and shake it well to dissolve the salt.

Spray the solution onto the entire surface and inside of the oven and let it act for 20 to 30 minutes. Then clean with a sponge to remove stubborn dirt.

Finally, wipe with a damp cloth to remove all residues and make the oven look like new.
